How to list your property with us in 3 simple steps |

| Step 1: |
Fill out the Registration Form below, pick a User Name
and Password and click the submit button. |
| Step 2: |
After you click submit, you will be sent an email
message with your chosen User Name and Password. This email will have a
link that will take you back to this page. When you receive the email you
can click the link and you will be brought to this page. You
can then log in to your personalised Property Management area.
After you log in you will be able to set up your property details by
filling out the property details form. Click 'here' to view a property already set up on
site so you will know what information you will need when you register
your property.

Once your property details are submitted and received, the
holiday-properties-for-rent team will verify your property details and publish
your property to the website. This process usually takes 24 hrs and an e-mail
notification will be sent to you once your property is online. |

Annual Property Listing Rates: |

We are keeping the rates as low as possible and
the pricing scheme simple. The prices may be adjusted annually, however prices
will not rise significantly. We will always offer great rates and quality
service to our customers. A property listing includes 10 pictures and 2 pages
of information about your property and local activities and attractions. Once
your property is registered you can update and change the information and
pictures at anytime and as often as you wish and of course, there would be no
charge for this.
1 Year Single Property Listing: 20 GBP / 50 CAD / 30 EURO
