Cottage is situated in a private tranquil and rural setting overlooking surrounding rolling country hills, it lies on the edge of a charming hamlet in an unspoilt area of SW France.
The cottage comprises of one large bedroom, a very well equipped kitchen and large living room that opens to a south facing terrace. The terrace and the garden enjoy enchanting views of beautiful rolling hills. The Cottage has been completely renovated to modern standards and has tiled floors, wood burning fireplace as well as gas heating to provide comfortable living for all seasons. There is one new bathroom with WC, sink and large bathtub/shower. The property is perfect for a couple.
The small medieval village of Engravies, is a quaint picturesque French hamlet in a wooded valley with a small stream flowing through. Staying in Engravies and travelling around the local area is like pressing a time machine`s rewind button, history is everywhere in this sun-gilded pocket.
